Hugh has enjoyed serving the real estate needs of clients
and
customers for over fifteen years, the last five as co-owner
of Four
Seasons Realty Group. Hugh has extensive experience in all aspects of
real estate, but specializes in land and land development which is
aided by his ten years working in land surveying.
Hugh is also active in promoting the real estate industry in
Haywood County by serving in many capacities in the Haywood County
Board of Realtors. Hugh has served on and been chair of several
committees and task forces, served on the Board of Directors and
has
also been President of the Board. Hugh is also involved with
community
service activities and organizations.

I have lived in the Waynesville, Maggie Valley area for almost 35
years. I have been at my home in Utah Mountain Estates for 28 years.
My wife, Barbara, and I have two grown daughters, 7 grandchildren, and
our first great grandchild due in May 2009. I love the mountains,
hiking, trout fishing, and camping. I am very familiar with every part
of the county, or as we say in the mountains, every hoot 'n holler. My
family on both my mother and father's side goes back 8 generations or
more in the North Carolina and Virginia mountains.
My main claim to fame is that I will be honest, keep you updated
regularly, and work extremely hard for you. My goal is to not to meet
your expectations, but to exceed them. Besides being a Real Estate
Broker, I am a Realtor, and subscribe to the Realtor's code of ethics.
